Yes, you can book multiple classes at one time. You can also book multiple 1:1 sessions and classes in the same booking.

Our memberships offer you flexibility to customize your workout schedule how you want it. You can purchase a pack of classes or sessions with an expiration date. The monthly membership offers you increased options to customize your workout schedule without worrying about which sessions you’ve paid for. 

All class and session times can be booked through our website or the TeamUp Members App available on Apple or Google.

Note: New 1:1 clients must book your first 1:1 session as a stand-alone assessment appointment using the form on this page.

Our cancellation policy is designed to promote accountability and to ensure that our members are able to access the services they need in a timely and efficient manner. We understand that things come up and therefore require a 24-hour cancellation notice prior to the start of your scheduled session. If you are unable to give us 24 hours notice, we will do our best to offer you an alternative solution. We will work with you to offer a group class or another option that allows you to make up your missed session. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you reach your fitness goals.
